As well as teaching meditation and Buddhism, we run secular programmes specialising in mindfulness for health and wellbeing in schools, businesses and the community. Based at the centre in Bethnal Green, Breathing Space runs eight-week mindfulness courses that aim to help manage stress, anxiety and pain and prevent relapse into depression and addiction.
Breathing Space in Schools is our programme which introduces mindfulness and meditation to students and school teachers.
