Here's a list of our main weekly drop-in classes. We also have classes specifically for people under 35All these drop-in classes are for anyone interested in getting a taste of Buddhist meditation, Buddhism, or yoga. Most of our classes are by donation. No need to book, just turn up. Click on a day below to find out more about a specific class.

Meditation 

Mornings Wednesdays, 10.35-12.30am 

Lunchtimes  Monday to Saturday, 1-2pm

Evenings  Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 7.15-9.30pm

Buddhism 

Mornings  Wednesdays, 10.35-12.30am

Evenings 7.15-9.45pm, Mondays and Fridays

Yoga 

Mornings  Saturdays, 10.00-11.15am & 11.30-12.30 (£13/£10 per class)

Lunchtimes  Monday to Friday, 12-12.45pm (by donation)

Early Evenings  Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 5.45-6.45pm (£8)

Evenings  Thursdays, 7.15-9.30pm (£13/10)
