Our yoga classes encourage flexibility, strength and awareness of physical sensations. Loosening up the body and deepening into awareness can be a way into sitting meditation. Yoga mats are provided at all our classes, but you are also free to bring your own if you prefer. All these classes are suitable for beginners, and run on a drop-in basis, so there's no need to book. Our yoga classes do sometimes fill up though, so please arrive early if you can. Please inform the teacher if you have any injuries before the class. These yoga classes are not suitable for pregnancy.

Evenings Thursdays, 7-8.30pm (£12)
Saturday mornings 10.00-11.15am & 11.30-12.30 (£10 per class)
