If you're new, drop in to learn two fundamental practices that cultivate clear awareness, peace of mind and emotional positivity. The class is made up of led meditations, discussion and teaching, with a tea break break halfway through.
Meditation is more than just a technique, so after after learning the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana meditations keep coming along to explore how to work with your mind more deeply and thoroughly.
