We teach classes for both newcomers to meditation and those with a regular practice. The two main practices we teach are the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana. Our practices focus on developing calmness, integration, positive emotion, and insight into our human potential. All the classes listed below run throughout the year on a drop-in (no need to book) basis and are free, although donations are welcome. Click on a day below to find out more about a specific class.
At the London Buddhist Centre in Bethnal Green:
Mornings Wednesdays, 10.35am–12.30pm
Lunchtimes Monday to Saturday, 1–2pm
Evenings Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 7.15–9.30pm
