Buddhism insists that we can change – change ourselves, and together change the world. It teaches practical methods which enable us to realise and use its teachings in order to transform our experience and to be fully responsible for our lives. Along with the classes listed below, we also have regular classes specifically for people under 35 and a women's class. Click on a day below to find out more about a specific class.
