The most positive place in London! I feel instantly calmer as soon as I walk in. I'm so grateful this place exists! - Anna Leonard (Facebook review)

The London Buddhist Centre teaches meditation and Buddhism in a way that is relevant to modern London life. We are a public centre, open to all, with no expectation of Buddhist involvement. We also teach Mindfulness for health and well-being. The Centre opened in 1978 in what was a disused fire station. Since its opening, a thriving Buddhist community has grown up around the Centre, which today includes a vegetarian restaurant, charity shops and residential communities. We are part of a worldwide movement known as the Triratna Buddhist Community: find out more
