Yoga has been used for centuries as a preparation for meditation; in this workshop we’ll explore the relationship between the two. We'll be focusing on the breath in yoga and how that might help us in the practice of embodied loving kindness. Led by Danayutta. 3pm – 5.30pm. £25 (£20 concs). Book online.
