This workshop is for those who already know some yoga and meditation and want to deepen their practice.

We'll be looking at the breath and it's role in steadying and focusing the mind in yoga and in meditation. Starting with actively cultivating a momentum of concentration in through yoga, we'll then look at how we might refine our concentration through meditation. For those who regularly attend yoga classes at the London Buddhist Centre. Sat 1 Sept. 3-5.30pm. £25 (£20 concs). Booking essential.
