For people who know the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana meditation practices and who have attended at least 10 yoga classes.
This workshop will focus on developing the discipline of home practice so that we can explore body, mind and reality using our direct experience as a guide. To keep our practice fresh, we need to both develop strength and subtlety, mastery and relaxation. There will be space for teaching and discussing the principles and building blocks of yoga practice and to learn to build up to more complex postures. Led by Danayutta. Sat 4 Nov 2.30pm-5pm. £20/25.
