The future isn't what it used to be, as they say. How can we draw on the Buddhist tradition to inspire our hearts and deepen our resolve, particularly in the current ecological and political situation?
Yogaratna was ordained in 2003, and for many years has been exploring a range of Buddhist responses to climate breakdown, from four month solitary retreats, to writing poetry and prose, to more activist approaches. He lives in Cambridge and works with dementia patients.
Led by Yogaratna. 10am – 1pm. Last Saturday of the month. Suggested donation £7. Suitable only if you've been taught the Metta Bhavana and Mindfulness of Breathing meditation practices.
