Day 1 (Sat 22nd September) is the set-up day then, as the week progresses, the meditation teaching (mornings, lunchtimes and evenings) will move from emphasising samadhi (energised calm) to prajna (wisdom) so that whenever you drop in you will get a progressive ‘course’ of practice. In the evenings, through talks and seminars, we’ll explore the differences between the reactive and the creative mind through the traditional image of the Wheel of Life. Come to as much or as little as you can.
