Summer Retreat: Five Fires – Aspects of the Path
|Cost||Full: £400.00 Concession: £300.00|
|Transport||No places left|
An 8-day retreat suitable for newcomers, or those in their first two years of practice.
It’s the crucial human question: how do we make the most out of our lives, and find what is really of value? Whatever the answer may be, it must involve working with the mind. The Five Great Aspects of the path – Integration, Positive Emotion, Spitirual Death, Spiritual Rebirth and Spiritual Receptivity – help us learn how to live a life full of meaning and generosity. So on this newcomers’ retreat, we’ll be cultivating all five aspects of the path – developing genuine positivity and exploring the imagination. The retreat is aimed at those new to meditation and Buddhism and requires no previous experience of either. All that’s needed is an open mind and a willingness to engage with the retreat.
