Join us for a chance to explore meditation, and to enjoy simple communal living at this wonderful time of year. For newcomers to meditation, and those in their first two years of practice.

The Buddha said, ‘Just as the mighty ocean has but one taste, the taste of salt, so too has my teaching but one taste: the taste of freedom’. How can we increase the sense of freedom and joy in our lives? What attitudes and habits hold us back from feeling fully alive? The retreat will follow the Buddha’s path towards freedom through meditation, stories and quiet reflection in the beauty of the Suffolk spring light.

If you pay a deposit, the full cost of this retreat is due by Tuesday 6 March 2018.
