Yoga finishing with sitting meditation,10-11.15am.

Our yoga classes encourage flexibility, strength and awareness of physical sensations. Loosening up the body and deepening into awareness can be a way into sitting meditation. Yoga mats are provided at all our classes, but you are also free to bring your own if you prefer. All these classes run on a drop-in basis.
