Come and explore how to live in a way that radically transforms your mind and life in accordance with the deepest and most universal human values.

11am – 5pm.

The London Buddhist Centre is open to all and we've laid on a range of activities for you to try. Have a go at meditation, sample some yoga or chi kung, or learn more about what Mindfulness for Health can offer.

The main events throughout the day are a series of talks on what it means to live life according to Buddhist principles. Come to one or come to them all!
