Monday Lunchtime Yoga (1.15-2pm)
Our yoga classes encourage flexibility, strength and awareness of physical sensations. 1.15-2pm, by donation.
Loosening up the body and deepening into awareness can be a helpful aid to sitting meditation.Do come early as the class often fills. Yoga mats are provided at all our classes, but you are also free to bring your own if you prefer. Please inform the teacher if you have any injuries before the class. These yoga classes are not suitable for pregnancy.
