What really counts is our state of mind.’ This six-week drop-in course offers a detailed and practical exploration of mental states, how they affect our life and what we can do to improve them.

Led by Prajnadevi and Vidyadaka. Tues evenings, 7.15pm – 9.30pm. Free. Suggested donation £11/£6. Suitable only if you've been taught the Metta Bhavana and Mindfulness of Breathing meditation practices.
