Our yoga classes encourage flexibility, strength and awareness of physical sensations. By donation 12-12.45pm.

Loosening up the body and deepening into awareness can be a way into sitting meditation. Yoga mats are provided at all our classes, but you are also free to bring your own if you prefer. All our classes run on a drop-in, by donation basis.
