Enter the Dharma zone and take the chance to hear the teachings of the Buddha, reflect upon the teachings of the Buddha, and meditate upon the teachings of the Buddha. For heroic spirits intended!
Programme for the day:
9am Going for Refuge and Prostration Practice (for Order Members only).
9.30am Doors open - All welcome
Doors close at 10am A quiet morning of practice with meditation, readings and mantra.
1pm Shared Lunch. Bring a vegetarian or vegan lunch to share.
2.30pm 'Conversation Cafe'. Talk about truth and the big issues in life with others in the Sangha.
4.30pm ‘So just what is the self anyway?’ - A talk from Saccanama. Saccanama has been ordained for 24 years. He currently lives and works at Adhisthana and for the last 2 years has been leading the men’s Dharma Life Training courses there.
5.45pm Supper in The Larder
7pm Puja with Mitra ceremonies
Sun 22 Jul, 10am-10pm. Bring vegetarian/vegan lunch to share. Check the programme for the day nearer the time. No need to book.
