How to live: What to do
|Cost||Full: £110.00 Concession: £90.00|

No-one wants to feel like they're being told what to do - we like to think we already know what's best for ourselves and others. The trouble is our life doesn't always bear that out. A key Buddhist insight is that consciousness isn't fixed: we're creating it all the time by our actions of body, speech and mind. This means we can shape our future. On this six-week course we'll explore how to act in ways that flourish our lives and contribute to the lives of those around us.
A six-week practical course on how to live and what to do using Subhadramati’s book Not About Being Good: A Guide to Buddhist Ethics.
Led by Prajnamanas and Danayutta. Weds evenings, 7.15pm – 9.45pm. £110 (£90 concs). Price includes the book.
