Learn the key principles of yoga and meditation in a small group and supportive atmosphere. Suitable for complete beginners.
In this course we’ll cover the 6 movements of the spine, warm ups to build strength and flexibility, key standing postures and finishing postures. We’ll also explore basic principles of sitting meditation.
