Meditation & Yoga Day Retreat - Energised Calm

How can the mind become still in such a fast paced, sprawling city, full of people rushing to the next thing hour after hour? This day retreat will explore how we can train our minds through the practices of yoga and meditation to cultivate a calm and energised body and mind. Look for the stillness in movement and feel vibrant energetic aliveness contained within stillness. We'll start the day with an energising yoga practice to unblock and raise the energy and we'll end with a slow restorative practice to restore and bring balance to the body.
