Spring Open Retreat April 2 - 9
The Wisdom of the Five Buddhas
An excellent retreat for newcomers. We will explore the Buddhist symbol, the Mandala of the Five Buddhas, looking at each of the Buddhas and their relationship to wisdom and direct experience. We will explore our experience in meditation, and gain a deeper sense of what archetypal figures mean. What can the Buddhas offer our practice of meditation? There will be walking meditations in the gardens, ritual, periods of silence as well as time for discussions and questions.
Held at Vajrasana. Led by Vidyakaya and Padmalila.

Why go on a retreat?
A Buddhist retreat is a chance to live in a way far removed from television, tube stations, stress and city-strife. It is an opportunity to relax, refresh, inspire and perhaps challenge yourself. For some it is a get-away from the business of modern life, for others it is a life-changing experience they never forget.
Can anyone attend?
This retreat is suitable for all levels of meditation experience. The retreat is based around two fundamental meditation practices that foster clarity, energy and love. They are simple and effective practices that anyone can do.
