Meditation

Mind Reactive, Mind Creative. It is easy to get stuck in habitual ways of thinking and not make the most of our lives. Meditation is a simple technique which can help us to focus our minds on what needs attending to and thus more consciously creating the life we live. We will be teaching the mindfulness of breathing in 1 hour sessions at the following times.

11.30am,  12.30pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm, 3.30pm, 4.30pm.

Buddhist Mandala Businesses

Teams of Buddhist people run the following businesses around the LBC: the Wild Cherry Restaurant; Bodywise Yoga and Natural Health Centre; Evolution Gift Shop; Friends Organic Health Food Shop; Sudana and Jambala second hand clothes and bookshops.

On Friday the 16th of May The Wild Cherry Restaurant will be having a 'Eat What You Like, Pay What You Wish' day.

For Wesak this year we are celebrating the fact that
Evolution has been trading ethically since 1990 and that we give away all our profits.

Please join us for a festive open night on Tuesday 20 May 2008 from 6
.30pm to 8.30pm - you will receive 10% discount on all items purchased between these times. There will also be a chance to find out more about the projects that we support and how we run the business.

We will be serving refreshments from 8
.30pm and joining the full moon puja at the London Buddhist Centre.
