Meditation develops relaxation, clarity and awareness. Over time meditation can bring about gentle but radical transformation – we become calmer, more focused and more emotionally positive and creative.

At the London Buddhist Centre you can learn two fundamental Buddhist meditation practices: ‘The Mindfulness of Breathing’ and ‘The Metta Bhavana’ – ‘the development of loving kindness’. Together they help you become more truly alive and happy.
