Meditation days and Events
 |
events suitable for newcomers |
A good way of learning the two meditations we teach, is to attend one of our introductory meditation days. They are especially suitable if you live outside London. We also host days for those who want to deepen their meditation practice.
Throughout the year we run a variety of day events exploring Buddhism, meditation and other issues related to Buddhist practice. These events are a good way of deepening your meditation as well as getting to know others who attend the Centre.

| WEEKEND EVENTS |
Growing Into Who You Are - Psychological type and spiritual practice.
People are different — as are their approaches to spiritual practice. Knowledge of psychological type helps understanding of individual differences and improves skills in dealing with them. Based on the work of C.G. Jung and Myers-Briggs, this workshop deepens self-understanding and bringing out our strengths to deal with life's challenges.
Bring a vegetarian lunch to share on Saturday and Sunday.
