| If a solitary retreat is cancelled more than one month before the start date a full refund will be given less a £10 administration fee. If cancelled more than two weeks before the start date a 50% refund will be given. If cancelled less than two weeks before the start date no refund will be given. |
In extenuating circumstances we will consider refunding deposits or payments at our discretion. If such circumstances apply then a letter should be written to the Treasurer at the London Buddhist Centre explaining the circumstances. In all cases we will retain the sum of £10 to cover our administration costs.

| We endeavour to run all the events we advertise. However, in exceptional circumstances we may have to cancel an event. In this case we shall, of course, refund all of your payments in full. |
